Rock (Megaman), Blues (Protoman), Forte (Bass), and Duo team up to defeat the nefarious Dr. Wily. One or two players fight their way through one of three scenarios. Each path contains six robots from the various Rockman games, one mini-boss, and of course the big, bad Dr. Wily.

Path One: Search for Dr. Wily! Robots: Shadowman (3), Plantman (6), Gyroman (5), Centaurman (6), Bubbleman (2), Heatman (2) MiniBoss: Dragon (2)

Path Two: Rescue Roll! Robots: Cutman (1), Stoneman (5), Slashman (7), Elecman (1), Diveman (4), Slashman (7) MiniBoss: Rock Monster (1,3)

Path Three: Find the missing parts! Robots: Gutsman(1), Pharaohman (4), Airman (2), Quickman (2), Geminiman (3), Napalmman (5) MiniBoss: Big Tank Thing
