A good game for head to head play, but gameplay gets samey very quickly unless you know any of the infamous 'Finishing Moves'... This means that when you're opponent has been defeated they stand there swaying, you execute a combination of button hits and directions and can usually inflict a disembowel/decapitate move or some other pleasant form of execution on your oponnent.

Comment: "Best of the series,the originator of blood and guts style fighting games.The fatalaties aren't as crazy as the the sequels,and the backgrounds were realistic.In my opinion,this game will always be my favorite coin-op,though it is hard to find now.But if I do find it I'm sure I'll play it for hours like I used to."
