Overhead driving game. Catch criminals, force confessions, eat doughnuts, avoid demerits, meet quotas. (No, it's not a sim, even if it sounds that way.)
This game combined a number of elements of law enforcement. You were given a main criminal target at the start of a board. Along the way you had to issue various tickets to meet daily quotas. There was a time limit which could be extended by eating donuts. Once you succeeded in bringing the level's criminal back to the station, you had to badger a confession out of him. Failure to meet quotas or obtain a confession resulted in being chewed out by the captain. Unlike other games with a steering wheel, the buttons were located on the cabinet rather than the wheel (like Spy Hunter or Road Blasters), making the stand-up version rather difficult as you had to fight to maintain your personal balance as one hand would have to leave the wheel to shoot the gun or sound the siren.

Comment: "I absolutely loved this game. There hasn't been another game like it since! It was incredibly difficult and I always seem to find an arcade that had it when I had 2 bucks on me, never finished it. Need to find another one!"
