In this one- or two-player game, a man walks off a platform, and you must catch him on a springboard and send him up to the top of the screen to pop a row of balloons. Your play continues as long as you can keep him up in the air.
This game features the an early use of a color overlay in an arcade game. A color overlay is used on the monitor for the balloons only.

Comment: "For it's time, Circus was just a great game. I was lucky enough to buy one on ebay. Though it's not perfect, it's still fun to play. My kid love it also, even though it is one dimemtional and they play the most high tech PS2 and X Box games."
